You can find us roasting almost every day. We roast primarily on a 3Kilo US Roaster that has been well seasoned for over 3 years now. We like small batch roasters because it allows us to experiment with different roast styles without having to roast up a big batch of coffee.

We roast only high altitude Arabica Beans. Typically this translates to a harder more complex bean that allow roasters to apply their unique style of roasting which brings out the best in the coffee bean.

We carry over 60% of the coffees that are certified fair trade. and are from areas throughout Latin & South America, Africa and the Pacific Rim.

We also provide whole beans to our customers at the Cafe, along with wholesale customers throughout the Albuquerque area comprised of various Cafe's, Restaurants, Offices, Bakeries, Bed & Breakfast's etc. See Friends of Fat Boy
