Fat Boy aka "Boo the Boo" is a Maroon Bellied Conure who happens to have a BIG personality.
Boo likes to take a BIG bite out of LIFE and sometimes mistakes that for our finger but that's a story for another day.
Boo's attitude parallels our own outlook & passion for ROASTING & BREWING Great Coffee.
So much so that we decided to name our company after him as a reminder on how we should start each day; with a great attitude and excitement toward what we do here at Fat Boy Coffee!
