Okay I'm a bit weird, I eat roasted beans all the time. Not an official cupping method but it actually helps me understand the flavors, this coffee is one of my favorites, packed with flavor due to the dry processing method used to remove the pulp of the cherry from the bean. But that is what makes this coffee so interesting. Of course a cup of this beats eating roasted beans but who knows you might enjoy it as much as this roaster does!
Seriously this 100% Pure Moka Harar with a City Roast is loaded with that sought after blueberry flavor. This is not the prettiest of coffees due to the dry processing method BUT who CARES.... the composite of this coffee provides a fantastic cup.
