Ask Chris or Paul what the special of the day is and they will set you up. We at Fat Boy Coffee Roasters have been training their staff on how to pull a good shot of espresso and we think they understand the fundamentals of what it takes to pull a good semi automatic shot.
They use our espresso and we are happy to have them as one of our premiere locations to showcase our ESPRESSO.

coffee but so much more. Check this place out on 5th street in Albuquerque home of the Church of Beethoven, it is the long awaited dream of Felix Wurman who sadly passed recently. It was Felix's vision to see a place where all good things; coffee, music, poetry, and ideas all came together in a space inviting to all!
FAT BOY COFFEE ROASTERS has been roasting the espresso Blend for these guys for some time now and are so happy to see them get the cafe open.

Barb the owner/baker of this great little bakery is a guru when it comes to the delicate flavors she manages to bring out in all of her wonderful cookies. Barbs passion for baking matches Fat Boy Coffee's passion for roasting. So we are happy to announce that Cravin' Cookies now serves and sells our coffee to the North Valley and surrounding residents in Albuquerque. Stop in and try her free samples of goodies and geat ready to get hooked on some amazing cookies, cakes and so much more.

Chuck Davidson has been providing water and is working with Fat Boy Coffee Roasters. Providing RO (reverse osmosis) water with inline calcite treated water. Fat Boy Coffee Roasters is concerned about water when testing and expirimenting our espresso blend. Until we got the water right, this process was an impossible task to achieve.
