Chuck Davidson has been providing water and is working with Fat Boy Coffee Roasters. Providing RO (reverse osmosis) water with inline calcite treated water. Fat Boy Coffee Roasters is concerned about water when testing and expirimenting our espresso blend. Until we got the water right, this process was an impossible task to achieve.
