We now have a new stand-up pouch bag with a zip-lock that actually works. Sorry to those who had any shipping issues with our previous bag. This bag should stand up to the punishment of the USPS which actually has done a great job over-all!

Tom,
How can you have so many good offerings? I can't pick a favorite anymore. I think the only thing better would be to have you brew it for me too. You've spoiled me so much that I now only drink water at work. If i take the southern route west, I'll stop by and say 'Hi'.
Glad you followed your dream.

The New Guinea is out of this world. Our order for more is pending. Just wonderful. I am delivering a sample to our local coffee house. They have some really unique coffees and I hope yours is on the menu soon. Bless your beans!

Brewed a pot of Bolivian and took it over to a neighbor's house. The ooohs and aaaahs that came from the tasters were non-stop. Keep it coming, Tom!

LOVE the Peruvian! Awesome flavor and just flat out delivers. I ran out and had to go to Starbucks and it just didn't get me where I need to go! This is like getting a car without leather and a moonroof once you've had it. Always the car angle...

Hey dream chaser! Your coffee surpasses my expectations. I have cast off any affiliations with (the evil empire out of Seattle, WA) and signed up for some of that good stuff you are roasting.

I drink your coffee at Sophia's on 4th and decided to order some for my office. The food at Sophia's is the best in Albuquerque and your coffee is a great compliment.
Thanks

My older sister spent close to an hour going on and on about your coffee. Then I found out I was going to have to wait to order it. Yes, she's a brat.
It was so worth the wait. I have been drinking the New Guinea and it is wonderful! Or as I told V, it Effing ROCKS!

We have tried both the Bolivian and the Kenyan coffees, and we love them. We are especially impressed with the Bolivian coffee because of its smooth and flavorful nutty taste. There is no hint of bitterness, so we can easily enjoy it without sweeteners or other additives that mask the true flavor of the coffee. We are looking forward to trying the the Peru Norte and the New Guinea Peaberry. We will keep you posted of our impression of these.
Considering how much we like tasting different varieties, we would be interested in buying sampler packs that we could give as holiday gifts for our friends and family. It would also be a great way for everyone to enjoy all the wonderful coffees you have to offer.

I wanted to let you know I've brewed both the Peru and Sumatra coffees and both were excellent. The Peru's flavor stood out enough to recognize and enjoy freshly roasted beans, but without a hint of bitterness. (My wife is sensitive to bitter coffee - that is, she doesn't enjoy it - and she commented on its smoothness when we drank it last night.)
I enjoy the full-bore power of the Sumatra, and did not detect hints of bitterness or that "scorched earth," over-roasted harshness.
I cannot suggest how either of these two coffees could be better - and I've been a lover of good coffee for many years.
I visited your website last night and found it very interesting and informative.
Much success - John
