Been dreaming about those cookies with the trace of Chili in them. Any chance of ordering them? I am going through withdrawal.

Annemarie, We love them too! I am especially proud to credit Alma Quillian as the creator of these fantastic coffee creatures! Alma is located in Sandia Park. Alma is a fun and zany artist who loves animals. I asked Alma to do indigenous animals from each country and her work has exceeded our expectations. You can see more of Alma's work under the "artists corner" link. Alma can be emailed at mizalma@yahoo.com and would love to hear from everyone!

We are also working on getting Alma's "Coffee Critters" Sculpted clay animals, including some that will be Christmas ornaments. Stay tuned...

I love your coffee, but I also love the art for the different logos on the coffees (birds, monkeys, llamas). Could I find out who created the art work?

A friend of mine gave me a few pounds of your coffee on my recent visit to Albuquerque. I took it home, made a cup and it was the best coffee I ever had. "The Best"

Hey thanx to FBCR I've found it! A smooth-sipping espresso with a fantastic blend of flavors. & what's it's NOT got is that heavy-burnt taste so many espressos have -- so I *do* taste the flavors & *don't* have to load it up with sugar! Congrats & keep it up!

We now have a new stand-up pouch bag with a zip-lock that actually works. Sorry to those who had any shipping issues with our previous bag. This bag should stand up to the punishment of the USPS which actually has done a great job over-all!

Tom,

How can you have so many good offerings? I can't pick a favorite anymore. I think the only thing better would be to have you brew it for me too. You've spoiled me so much that I now only drink water at work. If i take the southern route west, I'll stop by and say 'Hi'.

Glad you followed your dream.

The New Guinea is out of this world. Our order for more is pending. Just wonderful. I am delivering a sample to our local coffee house. They have some really unique coffees and I hope yours is on the menu soon. Bless your beans!

Brewed a pot of Bolivian and took it over to a neighbor's house. The ooohs and aaaahs that came from the tasters were non-stop. Keep it coming, Tom!

LOVE the Peruvian! Awesome flavor and just flat out delivers. I ran out and had to go to Starbucks and it just didn't get me where I need to go! This is like getting a car without leather and a moonroof once you've had it. Always the car angle...

Hey dream chaser! Your coffee surpasses my expectations. I have cast off any affiliations with (the evil empire out of Seattle, WA) and signed up for some of that good stuff you are roasting.

I drink your coffee at Sophia's on 4th and decided to order some for my office. The food at Sophia's is the best in Albuquerque and your coffee is a great compliment.

Thanks
